You may return all items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are unused and still within their original packaging with tags on - return shipping will be for your cost. We will cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or you received an incorrect or defective item.
Refunds can be expected to be processed within 10 working days of receiving your package from the courier. This includes the time to process the return and the time for your bank to process the payment refund request. We will endeavour to complete the process as timeously as possible.

Delivery Options & Charges:
Delivery is available to South African customers only and we are able to deliver to virtually any address in the country via our courier service partners. All orders will be confirmed via email and processed as timeously as possible.
Any order that exceeds the amount of R1500.00 Excl VAT will qualify for free delivery. Orders below R1500.00 Excl VAT will be charged a flat rate of R125.00*
